Layered onto warm bagels, served as an elegant starter, enjoyed as part of a leisurely brunch or packed into a picnic, it's an effortless way to turn a simple meal into something memorable.

Each pack contains generously thick-cut slices with a wonderfully buttery texture, making 100g ideal for sharing between two, while the 200g pack comfortably serves four as nibbles or a light starter.

Why It's Different

Not all smoked salmon is created equal.

Our award-winning approach starts with exceptionally fresh Scottish salmon from the crystal-clear waters around North-west Scotland, Shetland and Orkney. Every fish arrives at our London smokehouse within hours of harvest, preserving its clean flavour, delicate texture and sashimi-grade quality.

Rather than relying on heavy curing or intense smoke, we use a light cure to enhance the salmon's natural sweetness before gently smoking it over oak. 

The result is smoked salmon that tastes of the fish first - fresh, delicate and beautifully balanced - with just enough smoke to add warmth and complexity.

Finally, we slice every fillet generously thick, creating silky, luxurious slices that echo the texture of premium sashimi. Rich, buttery and melt-in-the-mouth, they're a world away from the thin, heavily smoked salmon found on most supermarket shelves.
