Take one of our expert-led Smoke School classes at our London smokery and learn what’s involved to become a curing master. Whatever your experience, we are certain that you will find lots to enjoy and learn, at one of these 3-hour lessons.

In each workshop we teach a wide range of the timeless, artisanal skills needed to make cured and smoked meats. Each workshop ends with a feast and then you get to take home a large portion of your own creation to impress your foodie friends.

You can choose the experience to give to your loved one (or leave it up to them) and we’ll send a voucher on the date of your choosing. They never expire, are fully flexible and can be used on any workshop or to buy products on our online shop.
