Outstanding quality
Rated Best Smoked Salmon in taste tests, chosen by chefs in top restaurants and served to heads-of-state at banquets: our Great Taste award-winning, cold-smoked salmon is crafted in our London smokehouse using only the finest Scottish salmon and artisanal skill.

Traditional techniques, fresh inspiration
We have taken this classic treat and made it even more delicious, by pioneering an approach inspired by Japanese Sashimi. This results in a lightly cured, lightly smoked fish, sliced thickly so that the exceptional texture of the salmon shines through in every moreish bite.
