Cured in salts, sugars, bay, juniper and pepper, these whole and half hams make the perfect centrepiece for the festive season.

Supplied ready to cook. We recommend simmering and then baking with a glaze of your choice for a wonderful festive treat. Includes full cooking instructions and glaze recipe. 

These hams are uncooked and are available in two sizes:

• Half Ham: Approx. 2.5kgs, serves 6-8
• Whole Horseshoe Ham: Approx. 5kgs. Serves 15-18
