Our products win Taste Approved status in Good Housekeeping's Christmas Taste Tests!

We were very pleasantly surprised this week to discover that we have been rated Best Sashimi-Grade Smoked Salmon in the Good Housekeeping Institue's Christmas Taste tests.

Here is what the judges had to say about our salmon:

"These sashimi-grade slices need to go straight in your basket. The generously cut fish has an excellent firm bite, with a pronounced but natural smoky flavour. A top choice for an open sandwich too."
