Off the back of our 7 plus years of experience sourcing and selling exceptional quality artisanal cheese we're really excited to bring you an upgraded cheese selection box for Christmas this year. Focussing only on some of the finest award winning dairies on these British shores, we've chosen individual suppliers based on quality, provenance, flavour and delight.

In your box will be:

1 x Perl Las
Meaning ‘Blue Pearl’ in Welsh, is a superb organic blue cheese made by Caws Cenarth in Carmarthenshire. Delicious, golden and veiny, it is delicately salty and creamy with a lingering blue aftertaste. Pasteurised.

1 x Perl Wen
A glorious and unique cross between a traditional Brie and a Caerffili this organic cheese has a soft centre a fresh citrus flavour. Pasteurised. Vegetarian.

1 x St Jude
A lactic style cheese with a wrinkled, mould ripened rind and a smooth paste. Usually eaten between 2-5 weeks old, St .Jude develops from a young, fresh and creamy cheese to more complex flavours leaning towards buttery in the winter and more vegetal, grassy notes when the cows are out to pasture. Raw.

1 x Eve
Deliciously soft and beautiful goats cheese from Somerset. It has been wrapped in a vine leaf, leaving the end product a very striking option for your cheeseboard. Slightly sweet and nutty, also tangy. Washed in Cider Brandy. Raw, Vegetarian

1 x Black Bomber Waxed Cheddar
A sweet and tangy Cheddar cheese with a particularly creamy texture and an occasional crystal caused by long maturing.

1 x Stockans Thick Oatcakes.
The original and (in our humble opinion) still the best.

Equivalent (or better) replacements may be made depending on availability.
