Are you like Anthony and love the humble ‘banger’ or ‘bag of mystery’ (so affectionately named by the Victorians)? If so, we have some excellent news as London Smoke & Cure's well-regarded workshops have an exciting addition to the range: fresh sausage.

With dates throughout 2023 you can purchase tickets for yourself, or vouchers for that perfect gift for the foodie in your life. Whether you’re a beginner or a professional, we’ll take you through the many steps needed to make your own batch of fresh sausages.

Taking top quality pork through butchery, mincing, flavouring, filling and linking, this in-depth course will give you first hand experience of producing quality, fresh sausages, and will show you how different they are to the ones bought at the supermarket.

Throughout the session there’ll be ample tea and coffee and we’ll finish off with a belly full of bangers and some drinks to wash it down with.

At the end of the session you'll walk away with enough fresh sausage to see you through several brunches or BBQs and the skills to make your own once you’ve eaten all your spoils from the course!
