Containing a classic blend of parsley,nutmeg, mace, coriander and pepper, these versatile sausages are delicately seasoned to suit an indulgent brunch, a sunny BBQ or family dinner. A brilliant all-rounder sausage.

Maple, Sage & Bacon
Sweet, sticky and packed with unctuous flavour. These sausages are made using fresh sage, thyme and parsley, plenty of Grade-A maple syrup, the tiniest hint of chilli, and are packed with our award-winning smoked bacon making up up a satisfying proportion of the content.

Our generous, chunky, juicy sausages are packed with exceptional flavour, making every bite extremely satisfying. 

We make and link these sausages only by hand, with recipes that are purposefully meaty and using only prime cuts, so you get the very best experience and a 100% top-quality meat guarantee.

We use the same high welfare, free-range Gloucester Old Spot pork that we use in our charcuterie. The meat is coarse-ground for a hearty texture, with just the right balance of lean meat to fat, and combined with a carefully chosen mix of herbs and spices made from scratch for every batch.

We believe great sausages don't need a long list of additives. That's why you'll only find ingredients you'd recognise from your own kitchen - no artificial preservatives, no unnecessary fillers, just honest, carefully selected ingredients to create naturally fresh, high quality sausages
