Join us for an intimate four-course offal tasting menu at the London Smoke and Cure smokery in Bermondsey, where the food takes centre stage.

On Tuesday 9th June, we’re hosting a one-off evening in our Smoke School Studio, celebrating offal, charcuterie, and nose-to-tail cooking. Created with Flora Phillips (Floffal), the menu showcases exceptional produce, careful curing, and thoughtful smoking - bringing depth and creativity to every course.

Expect a generous, sharing-led progression of dishes built around the highest quality ingredients.

Sample menu:

  • Smoked ox heart, chicken liver pâté, and premium cured meats.
  • Pork tongue with smoked nduja and elderflower.
  • Smoked “flossages,” with seasonal beetroot, lentils, Jersey Royals, broad beans and
    watercress.
  • Chocolate parfait with cured suet and smoked fat crumb

A refined but relaxed tasting menu, designed to be shared.

The evening includes producer introductions and a live demonstration breaking down a pig’s head, offering insight into nose-to-tail cooking.

Each guest will leave with a takeaway bag including our salami and offal-based ‘flossages’ (worth £12).

Reasonably priced drinks will be available on the night.

Tickets are strictly limited to keep things intimate.

Vegetarian/vegan alternatives are unfortunately not available for this event.
