Perfect for picnics with friends or an early evening beer, our snack salamis sticks are incredibly moreish, and a very popular snack amongst the smokery team. 

Our House Salami Sticks are based on our saucisson recipe and dried to a pleasing snap. These are a fun-sized celebration of the full range of skills of our production team.

And if you fancy something a little bit more interesting this Autumn, our Pepperoni Salami Sticks use only the finest ex-dairy cattle and heritage pork and are flavoured with a pleasing balance of cayenne, allspice, fennel and paprika. Available for a limited time only!
