Limited Edition: Smoked Beef, Pork & Kernel Stout Snack Salami

This litlte beauty is the fruit of a fantastic collaboration, bringing together our approach to high-welfare charcuterie with one of London's most respected independent brewers: The Kernel Brewery. 

At the heart of these snack salamis is Kernel's most wonderful Imperial Brown Stout 1856, a beer with cocoa on the nose and a roasted malt character that lends itself perfectly to charcuterie. Blending this with a mix of quality beef and pork, we've layered on additional flavours through cold smoking, creating a a salami that's bold, savoury and quietly confident.

Crafted from our traditional saucisson recipe, our House Salami Sticks are carefully dried to achieve the perfect snap.
