“Had a brilliant time at the Makin’ Bacon course a couple of weekends ago. Ross was a fantastic teacher - so informative and enthusiastic.

Besides the butchery techniques we cured different cuts, and also got to compare different types of bacon. I came home with two large cuts of bacon to finish curing at home - yum!!”

“We went on the Salami Sessions charcuterie course - best use of a Saturday and an awesome present for my brother in law. 

Spent an afternoon with Ross learning all about making charcuterie, actually making our own Chorizo, laughing loads and finished off with a beer and a chance to try all the charcuterie range as we talked with Ross. He was full of information and answered all our questions. Really was a great afternoon - time flew by. Would go again!”
