Upstairs at our new Bermondsey smokery we have kitted out a brand new space for our Smoke School workshops. We now have loads of room to play with and top quality equipment there to help you learn the science, and art, of curing and smoking food.

Our four Smoke School workshops are led by one of our expert team and will teach you how to make proper bacon, salt beef, hand-linked sausages or salamis.
You will leave each workshop sated, thanks to the tasty food that we provide during the workshop, and you’ll take home a slab of bacon, salt beef, a rope of sausages or your very own salamis (the salamis follow a few weeks later once they’ve had a chance to air dry in our ageing chamber).
These workshops make a great gift as well and you can purchase vouchers on the website. Tip: if you want to attend multiple workshops yourself then the vouchers are also a good way to secure a better price.
