They’ll share their knowledge and insight into the wines, regions and stories behind each glass.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eOur tasting will explore a fascinating range of Italian wine styles, from elegant sparkling wine and intriguing orange wine to expressive whites and characterful reds. We’ll look at its region, grape variety and winemaking style, as well as what to expect in the glass. Through our focus interesting wines chosen to surprise and delight we’ll broaden your understanding of the country’s extraordinary wine culture.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eThe wines will be paired throughout the evening with a selection of our own smoked salmon and charcuterie, created and prepared by our team, and chosen to complement each wine and demonstrate how pairings can transform the experience of tasting.
